Most people are tired of manual submitting their blog posts or website updates to social bookmarking website such as digg.com every time they make an update. There is a fairly new social system that just recently came out of beta called Ping.fm. Ping.fm describes itself as a “simple service that makes updating your social networks a snap.”
So, what does this mean? If you have an account in a couple of the social websites and don’t want to manually go through each one and post your update, you can use Ping.fm posting feature to update them to a couple (or all) social websites with a couple of clicks. You can also control how your message will be posted. You can use these:
@s message – Posts a status update
@b title^body – Posts a blog
@m message – Posts a micro-blog
Simple features make this a simple way to keep in touch with the internet world, and as well raise your Pagerank because of potential backlinks, but remember don’t post the same messages for the all the services, Big-G might make it out to be as spam.
Great. Will save me a ton of time.
